U.S. Bank Scholarship is open to students who are either in their senior year of high school or enrolled in college. Additionally, they must be U.S. citizens. Those are literally the only criteria. Forty scholarships worth $1,000 are awarded each year and all you have to do is complete a form with basic information. The winners are chosen randomly.
