We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us keep our financial content accurate and up to date, and to fulfill requests related to compliance.
This is a data entry, online research, and content update role that involves updating numbers and written information in WordPress, Airtable, and Google Sheets.

Role and responsibilities
- Routinely update financial data (interest rates, fees, features, etc.) in WordPress, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
- Do basic online research to find up-to-date product information from banks, credit unions, and other financial industry companies.
- Flag missing or outdated information in published content.
- Check for and fix missing links, numbers, or disclosures in articles and comparison tables.
- Make minor updates to large batches of content (e.g. update one loan term in 200+ posts) efficiently and thoroughly.
- Add, remove, and adjust shortcodes and reusable blocks within published WordPress articles.
About you
- Good with numbers and very detail-oriented.
- 2+ years experience with WordPress, Google Sheets, and Airtable (or similar task/project management tools)
- Can follow step-by-step instructions or checklists (SOPs)
- Can work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable doing repetitive work that requires accuracy
- Able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
