Funding an education can be expensive. There are numerous different things to consider such as the expense of books, tuition costs, room and board, and more. All of these different costs can be extremely detrimental to the success and focus that students have in the classroom and during their academic pursuits, especially if they are balancing family life, work, and other more pressing concerns. For those who wish to pursue a degree, but are struggling with financially funding it, there is help available through thousands of different scholarships for which they can apply.
Scholarships can range in the criteria of which those who are applying must have. For instance, there are religious scholarships for those who practice a certain faith. There are also scholarships available for those who are pursuing a particular area of interest or field of study. There are even those scholarships available for personal aesthetics characteristics like hair color and eyes.
While there are few scholarships for gingers currently available as there are other demographic specific awards, there are a few scholarships with which individuals with red hair may wish to pursue. The following are a few of the scholarships for gingers, blue-eyed, and others may be awarded and which will help fund an education. Be sure to check out all of the details below.

For scholarships for red hair, brunettes, and blondes, there is financial help available through the AAU. The goal of this organization is to help promote educational pursuits of women of all levels of collegiate careers and in varying degrees of study. The American Fellowships, then, are given to support women who are in programs that require a completed dissertation in order to achieve that final graduate degree. All of those who wish to apply for these scholarships for gingers and other individuals must be, of course, a female and must be a resident of the United States.
All applicants must provide information regarding their research project and they must also demonstrate that they are not only pursuing a dissertation at an accredited institution of higher learning but are doing so with tremendous academic success. The goal of this award, which can range in the thousands of dollars, is to provide the funding necessary to complete research in the field.
