Pepsi offers a number of scholarships with varying levels of funding. By providing the below scholarships, Pepsi joins that ranks of other major soda companies like Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola in making education more accessible to high needs groups. Below is a list of some of Pepsi’s scholarships:

PepsiCo ExCEL Scholarships are available to children of PepsiCo employees who enroll is college. In order to see full eligibility criteria and funding amounts, employees should log into the Pepsi company employee portal at www.mypepsico.com.

International Pepsi Scholarships offers numerous grants to help students afford their college education. Various Pepsi groups and their partner organizations offer varying amounts of funding. Full information can be found at www.mypepsico.com.

Pepsi Scholarship Fund Hospitality High School provides awards ranging from $500 to $4,000. This award stems from a $250,000 award made by Pepsi to the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Foundation. In order to be eligible, students must plan to enroll in a post-secondary degree program related to hospitality. The application cycle is open from January to May annually. Other eligibility criteria include: a graduating senior from the Hospitality High School in D.C., planning to major in a hospitality-related degree program at any college or university in the United States, intend to enroll for at least 12 credits during both fall and spring, have experience (a minimum of 250 hours) working in the hotel or hospitality industry, and have at least a 2.5 grade point average. Pepsi Mid-Del Technology Scholarship is open to students from the Mid-Del technology center who have a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average. In addition, students must plan to enroll at Oklahoma University and show that they meet criteria for financial need.

Pepsi Frito Lay Scholarship offers two scholarships to students in Nebraska. Eligible students must show a strong grade point average as well as leadership skills and involvement in group activities. Students are required to submit an essay and the scholarship amount is $1,000.

The Pepsi/Phi Theta Kappa Transfer Student Scholarship is open to students who have been members of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society and who also plan to enroll at the University of Nebraska after transferring from a community college. A $2,000 award is awarded to winners and it can be renewed up to two times. Students must have at least a 3.0 grade point average and demonstrate a passion for service-learning.

The Pepsi Bottling Group $10,000 Scholarship is open to students who are high school seniors and who have been accepted into a college or university in Maryland. Students must have at least a 2.5 grade point average. Competitive students must demonstrate a commitment to community service and leadership. A complete application will include transcripts, standardized test scores, a copy of a college acceptance letter, an essay, and at least two letters of recommendation. Students can apply for this award directly though their college’s financial aid office. This is the largest grant offered by Pepsi and thus, the competition is steep.
