Students with ties to Oklahoma may be excited to know that there are a number of scholarships that may help them make a college education more affordable. Some of these awards are geared specifically towards students who are permanent residents of Oklahoma. Other scholarships are open to students from other states who attend a college or university in the State of Oklahoma.
