Nurse Loan Repayment Program for Veteran’s Home
For up to twenty-thousand dollars across four years, nurses in the state of Illinois can earn monies if they work in an Illinois veterans’ home.
Other qualifications include:

- Qualifying US citizen
- Must be a resident of Illinois
- Must have eligible loan debt

Teachers Loan Forgiveness
Teachers in the state of Illinois can earn up to five-thousand dollars in student loan repayment. This program, known as the Illinois Teachers Loan Repayment Program provides awards to teachers who provide education to students from lower socioeconomic regions. Those that participate in this program must meet the Federal Stafford Loan forgiveness program criteria.
The program criterion includes:

- Must have borrowed monies for college
- Must have remaining monies owed on said loans
